Twist Lock Fastener - Two Screw Mount - 10-Pack

These seem quite durable! More so than I expected! I have a golf cart raincoat that is made for an older Club Car, and I have a new one, so the fit is a bit off. I had been using bungee cords, but they stretch, get caught, wear out, and pull things the way they want to pull things. So I bought these little fasteners, and put them around the base of my cart and their grommets on the raincoat, and I no longer have flapping , flopping open air holes, and I was able to keep the coat from rubbing on the tires. The bungees always pulled tight, and it rubbed on the back tires, but these fasteners allowed me to put the coat close to the wheel well. I am able to just turn them, and remove the raincoat in no time. The little fastener sticks out far enough to be easy to use, but not so far that I am going to be catching ankles, pants, or anything else on it. I just used sheet metal roofing screws for now, but I will buy little nuts and bolts come summer. And, the grommet went together very politely. I had a big log I used for my pounding, and I covered the nice side with an old rag. They went together, perfectly. I used a Stanley knife to cut a starter hole in the raincoat. I usually don’t give 5 stars. There’s always something to pick about, but not this time! Nicely designed! Oh, there are 2 choices, and I was a bit confused. Double stud refers to the longer legs on the grommet for thicker tarps. I didn’t need that for my application.
