International Orders
International orders are any orders shipping to outside of the United States of America.
Duties, Taxes and Fees
Import duties, taxes, and any custom brokerage fees are NOT included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility as MyTarp.com is charging only the Free on Board (FOB) shipping transportation fee for your order. It is customer's responsibility to check with shipping carrier and destination country's tax and customs authorities to determine if there will be any additional costs and pay those costs.
Regulations and Restrictions
Customer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country and locality's laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing any products. By placing an international order (shipping to outside of the United States of America), the customer is responsible for abiding by their country and locality's laws, regulations, and restrictions. If a product is seized or destroyed by customs or any other agencies, MyTarp.com is NOT responsible for the any losses, including, but not exclusive to products and shipping costs.
No Returns and Refunds of International Orders
NO returns or refunds are allowed for international orders. Any defective product or mis-shipment must be reported to MyTarp.com within 14 days of order delivery. In case of defective product or mis-shipped product by MyTarp.com, the order will be either refunded to the original order payment method or MyTarp.com may ship a free replacement. The maximum liability of MyTarp.com is the original order payment amount. MyTarp.com is NOT responsible for any other expenses or costs, including, but not limited to customs tariffs, customs and carrier fees, any taxes or any other liabilities.
