About Vinyl Fabrics
Vinyl fabrics have two major types: vinyl coated polyester fabrics and vinyl laminated polyester fabrics.
Vinyl Coated Polyester Fabrics are highly UV resistant, highly tear resistant and durable. Vinyl coated polyester fabrics usually last 4 - 6 years even in harshest UV areas such as Arizona, California and Florida. Widely used for commercial flatbed truck trailers, boat dock covers, shade canopies, equipment covers and upholstery fabrics.
Vinyl Laminated Polyester Fabrics are flame retardant and tear resistant. Vinyl laminated polyester fabrics are widely used for indoor divider curtains, gym floor covers, machine covers and upholstery fabrics.
Fabric is shipped in Continuous Yards up to length of the fabric roll. For example, 10 yards of fabric is shipped as 10 continuous yards, not ten 1-yard pieces.
