- Vs poly tarps: 10 oz vinyl coated polyester is heavier than typical poly tarps and offers stronger UV stability and tear resistance.
- Vs 14 oz vinyl tarps: 10 oz is easier to handle for everyday cover jobs; 14 oz adds durability for tougher use.
- Vs 18 oz and 22 oz: 10 oz suits canopy and carport; 18 oz and 22 oz are better for heavier outdoor and commercial stress.
- Vs 40 oz: 10 oz is a practical cover option for everyday use; 40 oz is the maximum-duty choice for severe long-term industrial use.
- When to choose this 40 x 60 tarp: Choose 10 oz when you want a waterproof USA-made vinyl tarp that is easier to handle than heavier coated polyester tarps in the same size family.

Super satisfied with my tarp. I built a gypsy wagon camper and with good care, the first one last 10 years. My new tarp is on and I’m ready to go camping!
Great product and great customer service.
My go to company for quality, super long lasting tarps. I've been buying tarps from mytarp.com for at least 10 years and I still have all of them.
They came quickly. They went up easily. They are still holding. Thank you, my tarp.
Very nice heavy duty material. The shipping is very fast. I receive my orders within 5 days. Excellent material and excellent company.
Dinghy chaps. Hello I would to share what I made with your product a set of dinghy chaps.
A good heavy duty tarp that is similar to old canvas tarps from the 70s. Stitching appears to be good quality and the reinforced seams and eyelets are holding up well.
I've been buying vinyl from MyTarp for several years. I use it to make Ice Boots for horses, it's incredibly strong and holds up to incredible stress The customer service is amazing.
Ordering a new tarp to match one I purchased from MyTarp.com in 2014. The tarp has been a workhorse... total sun and weather exposure the entire 12 years
Thankful. Great customer service. Exactly what I needed.
Thank you so much for the quality tarp and connectors. Thought you may want to see how my custom tarp project turned out.
I've used these grommets for years. They are very good quality and reasonably priced. It's always such a pleasure to deal with the staff. They are very friendly and helpful.
Good quality fabric. It looks very durable. I used it with the HH-66 vinyl cement to make patio furniture covers. The cement is bonding the fabric really well.
Vinyl Coated Mesh Fabric. Always ships fast, my ETSY customers love the beach bags, boat bags, drag bags and doll accessories they receive.
